Myriad Development Names New Vice President

January 30, 2006 Austin, TX - January 30, 2006 — Monte Kern, a former Risk Management Director at American Family Insurance, a top ten insurance carrier, joins Myriad Development today as Vice President - Risk Management Services.

Mr. Kern brings more than 38 years of insurance operations experience to Myriad and is one of several key strategic hires planned by Myriad this year. Myriad, which provides technology solutions to the real estate and insurance industries, is coming off a record-breaking 2005, having closed contracts with some of the largest insurance companies in the Nation. Myriad's technology is now being used at six of the nation's top-thirty insurance companies, and has recently been adapted for use by a large federal governmental agency.
